Overview
A grenadier is a serviceman responsible for using grenade launchers to engage enemy equipment, fortifications, and personnel at medium range. A grenadier works as part of a combat unit, performing rapid-response tasks and supporting offensive or defensive operations. This role suits physically resilient individuals with tactical skills who are ready to work in conditions of increased danger. Responsibilities:
- Preparing the grenade launcher for combat, loading and configuring the weapon;
- Accurate fire at designated targets, including armored vehicles, buildings, and enemy groups;
- Assessing distance to the target and performing quick sight corrections;
- Supporting other unit members in offensive and defensive operations;
- Compliance with safety rules when handling weapons and ammunition;
- Maintaining the grenade launcher system and keeping it in working order.
Requirements:
- Secondary education, preferably military-focused or with experience with tactical weapons;
- Desired experience with small arms or anti-tank weapons;
- Good physical fitness and endurance;
- Quick reactions, stress resistance, and readiness to act in extreme situations;
- Responsibility, discipline, and the ability to work in a team.
