Rifleman

Overview

A rifleman is a serviceman who specializes in combat operations using small arms. They are the main combat unit of an infantry formation and carry out tasks of guarding, defense, and offense. A rifleman must have excellent shooting and tactical movement skills and be able to work in a team. This role requires physical endurance, attention to detail, and the ability to react quickly under extreme conditions. Responsibilities:

• Carrying out combat missions using small arms and tactical movement on terrain;
• Guarding and protecting important facilities and positions, and ensuring the unit's safety;
• Observing the terrain, detecting and eliminating potential threats;
• Participating in offensive and defensive operations together with other unit members;
• Keeping the weapon in working order, servicing and configuring it;
• Following commanders' instructions and observing military discipline.

Requirements:

• Vocational or complete secondary education, completion of military training;
• Experience with small arms, ability to shoot accurately and use it in combat conditions;
• A high level of physical fitness, the ability to withstand heavy loads;
• Ability to quickly orient yourself in terrain, act as a team, and follow orders;
• Knowledge of the basics of infantry tactics, tactical movement, and camouflage;
• Psychological resilience and the ability to work in stressful situations.
