Squad Leader

Overview

The 41st Separate Mechanized Brigade is part of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The unit invites patriotic, motivated Ukrainian citizens liable for military service to carry out missions of defense, containing russian aggression, liberating Ukrainian territory, and destroying the russian occupiers.

Responsibilities:

• carrying out or assisting the unit in carrying out combat missions
• organizing and conducting training and drills to improve the squad's combat readiness
• ensuring discipline and order in accordance with established norms and rules
• supporting communication and cooperation with other military units and organizations
• monitoring platoon personnel's execution of the platoon commander's orders and other instructions

Requirements:

• high professional competence in marksmanship training and tactics
• military rank of the sergeant corps
• excellent communication and leadership skills
• knowledge of legislation and rules governing military activity

Conditions:

• contract service
• completion of mandatory basic combined-arms training
• monetary allowance in accordance with current legislation
• military provisions and social guarantees in accordance with legislation
