Head of Medical Station
Overview
The vacancy involves service in the 91st Separate Anti-Tank Battalion, which is under the direct command of the "Pivnich" ("North") Operational Command of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Responsibilities:
- developing, organizing, and monitoring measures to achieve the medical post's operational capability
- managing treatment and diagnostic work, developing measures for its improvement
- monitoring the timeliness, completeness, and quality of patient examination, treatment, and monitoring
- determining needs and organizing the supply of the medical post with medicines and medical equipment, accumulating and maintaining stocks in constant readiness
- ensuring the provision of emergency medical care and stabilization of the wounded/sick
- proficiency in emergency medical aid methods and training subordinates
- conducting medical examinations, outpatient appointments, and treatment of personnel
- organizing the referral and transportation of the wounded/sick
- medical monitoring of servicemen's health and observation of individuals with chronic illnesses
- sanitary supervision of transport, equipment, food, water supply, and personnel accommodation conditions
- analyzing morbidity rates among battalion personnel
Requirements:
- higher medical education
- military rank (starting from junior lieutenant)
- at least 5 years of experience in a medical specialty
- readiness to work in extreme conditions
- experience commanding personnel will be an advantage
Conditions:
- mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
- possibility of transferring current servicemen via a simplified procedure through Armiya+
- provision of uniforms and personal protective equipment, full meals
- service in a team with experienced personnel
- specialized training if necessary
- service in the active combat zone
- monetary allowance in accordance with current legislation
