Accountant-Treasurer

Overview

The vacancy involves service in the 91st Separate Anti-Tank Battalion, which is under the direct command of the "Pivnich" ("North") Operational Command of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Responsibilities:

• maintaining accounting records in accordance with state standards and Ministry of Defense requirements
• working with the bodies of the State Treasury Service of Ukraine (maintaining registration accounts, processing payment orders)
• monitoring the use of budget funds and expenditure compliance with approved estimates
• preparing and submitting financial, budgetary, and treasury reports
• maintaining accounting of the military unit's obligations and payments
• coordinating with government bodies, auditors, and inspection services
• monitoring cash transactions and compliance with financial discipline

Requirements:

• higher education in "Accounting and Audit," "Finance," or a similar specialty
• experience working as an accountant in the public budget sector (experience working with the Treasury will be an advantage)
• knowledge of Ukraine's budget legislation and regulations on military accounting
• experience working with the "Kazna" AIS, M.E.Doc, 1C software (budget accounting)
• responsibility, attentiveness to detail, ability to work with a large volume of documents
• experience preparing financial statements for government institutions

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
