Scout

Overview

A scout is a serviceman who gathers and analyzes information about the enemy and the terrain to ensure the success of combat operations. A scout works in difficult and dangerous conditions, performing tasks of observation, threat detection, and relaying important data to command. This role requires excellent physical fitness, the ability to act under extreme conditions, make quick decisions, and work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting reconnaissance of terrain, observing enemy positions.
• Gathering and transmitting operational information on terrain, enemy forces, and equipment.
• Identifying hidden threats and obstacles to ensure the unit's safety.
• Carrying out camouflage tasks and avoiding detection by the enemy.
• Preparing to conduct reconnaissance operations, using specialized gear and equipment.
• Interaction with other units to ensure coordination of combat operations.

Requirements:

• Vocational or higher education, preferably military or technical.
• Completion of military training or willingness to learn the basics of reconnaissance.
• A high level of physical fitness, endurance, the ability to work autonomously.
• Knowledge of camouflage methods, terrain orientation, and the use of reconnaissance equipment.
• Ability to work in a team, make decisions in rapidly changing circumstances.
• High responsibility, stress resistance, discipline.
