Head of Signal
Overview
The 1st Separate Assault Regiment is a unit of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The unit has taken part in combat in the most difficult sectors of the front: the Kupiansk-Balakliia operation, the defense of Vuhledar, Bakhmut, Kupiansk, and Chasiv Yar, and offensive operations in the Kupiansk sector. The unit is currently actively growing and needs qualified, motivated service members. This vacancy is for service in the repair and recovery battalion.
Responsibilities:
- ensuring the timely organization and maintenance of continuous communication in the battalion
- developing documents related to communications
- monitoring personnel compliance with requirements for covert troop control and secure operation of communication equipment
- organizing the dispatch of mail from the battalion and its delivery to the battalion and units
- monitoring the availability and technical condition of communication equipment and automated control systems in units and at the battalion warehouse
- ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information
Requirements:
- knowledge of the operating principles of communication systems
- ability to respond promptly to unforeseen situations and make decisions
- responsibility and organization
- experience in the field
- officer's rank
Conditions:
- mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
- possibility of transferring current servicemen
- monetary allowance depending on prior length of service, assigned tasks, and place of service
- provision of uniforms and personal protective equipment, full meals
- guaranteed annual paid main leave of 30 days + additional 10-day leave for family circumstances
- social benefits in accordance with current legislation
- qualified guidance at all stages of mobilization or transfer through to taking up the position
