Fitter-Auto Mechanic

Overview

The vacancy involves service in the Unmanned Systems Battalion of the 54th Separate Mechanized Brigade of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Since the start of the full-scale invasion, the unit has been carrying out combat missions in eastern Ukraine, as well as developing and combat-testing FPV drones. The battalion's leading specialists teach a course of lectures at Victory Drones and work on implementing innovative technologies for the use of strike UAVs in the brigade's units.

Responsibilities:

• comprehensive diagnostics and repair of trucks, semi-trailers, and cars of domestic and foreign manufacture
• direct repair of the chassis, transmissions, fuel systems, radiators, and internal combustion engines of trucks

Requirements:

• experience repairing and maintaining trucks
• skills and work experience in one of the following trades: turner, milling machine operator, grinder, fitter, electrician, auto electrician
• experience working at an auto repair shop will be an advantage
• good physical shape will be an advantage
• motivation to work for victory

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• transfer of current servicemen only from units subordinate to Operational Command "East"
• monetary allowance in accordance with current legislation, based on task performance and combat orders
• guidance during the Regional TCC and Military Medical Commission stage, ensuring enlistment specifically in our unit within the 54th Separate Mechanized Brigade
• service in the active combat zone in eastern Ukraine
• an enlisted (private) rank position
• military provisions and social guarantees in accordance with legislation
• training before taking up the position and, if necessary, specialized training
