VACANCY
Direction-Finding Station Operator
Overview
The 3rd Separate Assault Brigade is a volunteer unit formed in the first days of the full-scale invasion. Its founder is Andrii Biletskyi, the first commander of the "Azov" Regiment. The 3rd Separate Assault Brigade was formed on the same principles as the legendary "Azov" and the entire Azov movement. The core worldview principles of Azov units are Ukraine-centrism, traditionalism, hierarchy, and responsibility. Having passed a rigorous selection process, only highly motivated fighters, strong in spirit and ready for continuous self-improvement and hard fighting against the enemy on the front line, join our ranks. The backbone of the volunteer Territorial Defense unit, formed on February 24, 2022, from which the brigade's history begins, was made up of veterans of the "Azov" Special Purpose Unit of the National Guard and representatives of the Azov movement. On March 9, the unit was expanded into the "Azov" Special Purpose Regiment within the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and later reformed into the separate "Azov" Special Operations Forces unit. In January 2023, "Azov" SOF became part of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and was expanded into a brigade.
