Overview

The 61st Separate Mechanized Stepova (Steppe) Brigade is a formation within the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, established in 2015.

regularly inspecting, diagnosing, and maintaining military equipment, including armored vehicles, military trucks, and other vehicles
safe, effective operation of military vehicles in various road and weather conditions, including areas with difficult terrain and combat conditions
detecting and eliminating minor faults or taking temporary measures to keep movement going in case of accidents or breakdowns
ensuring the safety of oneself, passengers, and other road users by complying with traffic rules and safety instructions
coordinating with the commander or other crew members to ensure task performance and respond to changes in the situation
continuous professional development and skill improvement in driving proficiency and maintenance of military vehicles

contract service
monetary allowance from 20,000 to 120,000 hryvnias depending on the assigned task and place of service
possibility of transferring current servicemen with the direct commander's consent
