Combat Medic

Overview

The 100th Separate Mechanized Brigade is a standing formation of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine based in Volyn region. The unit began its combat path as one of the best Territorial Defense brigades. By decree of the President of Ukraine, the brigade was awarded the "For Courage and Valor" distinction. This vacancy is for service in the rifle battalion of the 100th Brigade.

Responsibilities:

• providing pre-medical aid to unit service members wounded during combat operations
• participating in the evacuation of wounded servicemen to stabilization points
• conducting tactical medicine classes for personnel
• implementing measures to prevent the occurrence and spread of illness in the unit

Requirements:

• strong motivation and drive to succeed in accomplishing assigned tasks
• fitness for service by state of health and moral qualities
• readiness to work in the zone of active combat operations
• no alcohol/drug or other dependency
• knowledge of TCCC protocols (having certification for the relevant military occupational specialty will be an advantage)
• medical education; combat experience will be an advantage

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• if necessary, completion of basic general military and specialized training before being assigned tasks
• monetary allowance from 20,000 to 120,000 hryvnias depending on the assigned task and place of service
