Overview

The 44th Separate Mechanized Brigade is a military formation within the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The brigade was formed in early 2023 and has been carrying out combat missions in eastern Ukraine for over a year.

Responsibilities:

• deploying communication equipment and preparing it for operation
• maintaining military communications equipment and monitoring its operation
• ensuring the uninterrupted operation of communication systems
• maintaining the communications equipment usage log and reporting on activities conducted
• communication procedures
• performing other position-related duties

Requirements:

• military rank private/sergeant
• secondary, vocational secondary technical/specialized, or higher specialized education
• knowledge of the principles and techniques of radio communication, radio and telecommunications equipment
• experience in the relevant field will be an advantage
• age up to 45
• fitness for service by state of health
• readiness to perform tasks in the combat zone
• compliance with discipline, the requirements of the Armed Forces of Ukraine statutes

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• military provisions and social guarantees in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine
• training in special courses to acquire the necessary skills in communications
• service as part of a unit under the leadership of experienced commanders
• monetary allowance from 50,000 hryvnias depending on the assigned task and area of performance
• the opportunity to obtain Combat Veteran status
