Overview

The vacancy involves service in the 2nd Rifle Battalion of the 54th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Ivan Mazepa of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Since the start of the full-scale invasion, the unit has been carrying out combat missions in the Donetsk and Kharkiv sectors.

Responsibilities:

• driving cars and trucks
• compliance with operation and repair requirements for cars and trucks
• transporting cargo and personnel
• carrying out commanders' orders in accordance with the Armed Forces of Ukraine's regulations

Requirements:

• readiness to work in the zone of active combat operations
• fitness for military service by state of health and moral-psychological qualities
• driving experience and a category B, C driver's license (having other categories will be an advantage)
• no alcohol or drug dependency
• ability to navigate terrain, especially at night
• skills and experience driving assigned vehicles at any time of year and day, in various road conditions
• ability to prepare the vehicle for difficult terrain

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• service in the active combat zone
• monetary allowance in accordance with current legislation
• free treatment and financial compensation for injuries sustained in combat
