Resident Physician
Overview
The 44th Separate Mechanized Brigade is a formation within the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The vacancy involves service as a resident physician in the evacuation or treatment department of the medical service of the 44th Separate Mechanized Brigade.
Responsibilities:
- providing first aid to the wounded
- conducting outpatient examinations of sick and wounded servicemen
- maintaining medical documentation according to current standards and Armed Forces of Ukraine requirements
- monitoring patients in a multidisciplinary inpatient facility, forming their treatment plan and adjusting it as needed
- selecting servicemen who need to undergo a medical board review and inpatient treatment at departmental medical facilities
Requirements:
- officer's rank, higher medical education in therapy/family medicine, traumatology, neurology, or otolaryngology
- experience in the medical field is desired
- ability to provide first medical aid in accordance with the TCCC protocol, initial diagnosis of wounds
- having strong communication skills and a desire to help
Conditions:
- mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
- possibility of transferring current servicemen with the direct commander's consent
- possibility of service for candidates who, per the Military Medical Commission's findings, are fit for service in support units, TCC and SP, military educational institutions, training centers, etc.
- monetary allowance from 25,000 to 125,000 hryvnias depending on place of service
