Trench-Type EW System Operator

Overview

The vacancy involves service in the front-line EW unit of the motorized infantry battalion of the 24th Separate Mechanized Brigade, which needs specialists for special (combat) missions. You will work with a trench-based electronic warfare system designed to counter enemy UAVs. This is specialized technological equipment, not anti-drone rifles. You need to be attentive and conscientious in carrying out your duties, because if the EW system doesn't work or works ineffectively, people die.

Responsibilities:

• monitoring the radio-frequency spectrum and analyzing signals for timely detection and localization of possible threats
• analyzing and processing received data
• assisting with the installation, adjustment, maintenance, and commissioning of EW equipment
• coordinating with associated units
• effective teamwork to develop and implement electronic warfare strategies

Requirements:

• performing tasks in the combat zone
• skills in using a computer and communication equipment (training is provided)
• ability to work in a team
• responsibility and attentiveness
• understanding of the principles of building EW systems (training provided)

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• service in the active combat zone on the eastern axis
• monetary allowance from 50,000 to 120,000 hryvnias depending on place of service
