Driver
Overview
The Separate Presidential Brigade named after Hetman Bohdan Khmelnytskyi is a military unit within the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The unit has defended Kyiv since the first days and steadfastly holds the defense in the most critical sectors in the east of the country. The vacancy involves service in the brigade's artillery battalion. Driver is one of the most important professions in the Armed Forces, because a professional driver is the key to the unit's fast, safe movement. The mobility of your fellow soldiers depends on the driver.
Responsibilities:
- safe vehicle operation
- transporting personnel, cargo, ammunition, and other military equipment
- ensuring cleanliness and order in vehicles
- regular maintenance, fault detection, and minor vehicle repairs as needed
- working with the relevant documentation
Requirements:
- age from 25
- basic general secondary education, specialized secondary education
- at least 1 year of experience driving vehicles
- driver's license category B/C; having a category above C will be an advantage
- military service experience will be an advantage
- fitness for service by state of health and moral qualities
- desire to join the ranks of the legendary Separate Presidential Brigade
Conditions:
- mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
- quality basic military training
- quality specialized training (if necessary)
- stable monetary allowance from 20,000 to 120,000 hryvnias + additional monetary payments and rewards provided by the law on social protection of servicemen
- free medical care for servicemen and their families, sanatorium and resort treatment
- full provision — meals, ammunition, and equipment
