Overview

The Separate Presidential Brigade named after Hetman Bohdan Khmelnytskyi is a military unit within the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The unit has defended Kyiv since the first days and steadfastly holds the defense in the most critical sectors in the east of the country. The vacancy involves service in the brigade's artillery battalion. Quality communication is the foundation of effective interaction within the unit, the basis for the timely transmission of operational information, and therefore for saving the lives of our soldiers and for the swift change of numbers in the General Staff's morning reports. Responsibilities:

  • deploying radio communication equipment and preparing it for operation (training is provided)
  • orientation on terrain using a map and instruments and without them (training provided)
  • ensuring uninterrupted communication within the unit
  • timely, concise, and clear transmission of orders, commands, and signals to the unit
  • reporting to management on received orders, commands, and signals
  • recording sent and received orders, commands, and signals
  • promptly repairing damaged communication sections and equipment, situational repair of radio communications equipment (training provided)
  • cooperating with the team

Requirements:

  • age from 20
  • basic general secondary education, vocational education will be an advantage
  • military service experience will be an advantage
  • fitness for service by state of health and moral qualities, good physical condition
  • ability to navigate terrain
  • ability to work in a team
  • desire to join the ranks of the legendary Separate Presidential Brigade

Conditions:

  • mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
  • quality basic military training, possibly abroad
  • quality specialized training, possibly abroad
  • ongoing internal specialized training and skills advancement
  • stable monetary allowance from 20,000 to 120,000 hryvnias + additional monetary payments and rewards provided by the law on social protection of servicemen
  • free medical care for servicemen and their families, sanatorium and resort treatment
  • full provision — meals, ammunition, and equipment
