Overview
The 5th Separate Kyiv Assault Brigade is a military formation within the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, established in 2022. Since the start of the russian invasion of Ukraine, the brigade has taken part in fighting near Lysychansk, Siversk, Vuhledar, Horlivka, Maiorske, Bakhmut, Ivanivske, and Klishchiivka. The unit is mostly equipped with Western weapons and equipment. Its permanent duty station is the city of Kyiv.
Responsibilities:
- deploying communication equipment
- maintaining modern military communications equipment and monitoring its operation
- ensuring the uninterrupted operation of communication systems
- monitoring the quality of signal transmission between communication points
Requirements:
- age from 20
- skills in working with radio electronics
- computer skills (Word, Excel)
- no dependency on alcohol or drugs
- no criminal record
- discipline and ability to clearly carry out orders
- desire to learn and grow
- good physical and psychological condition
Conditions:
- mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
- monetary allowance from 20,000 to 120,000 hryvnias depending on the performance of combat tasks
- qualified training in Ukraine and other EU countries

- assignment of candidates with military service experience in the last 10 years, selected by a direct (related) military occupational specialty, directly to the military unit (without basic combined-arms training)
