Deputy Combat Vehicle Commander
Overview
The Separate Presidential Brigade named after Hetman Bohdan Khmelnytskyi is a military unit within the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The unit has defended Kyiv since the first days and steadfastly holds the defense in the most critical sectors in the east of the country.
Responsibilities:
- leading a team of 3-4 people, ensuring the crew's effective operation in everyday and crisis conditions
- driving heavy, oversized equipment, including on difficult terrain and in harsh weather conditions
- ensuring the maintenance and situational repair of various systems of heavy machinery, including in field conditions
- monitoring and caring for the unit's engineering and technical equipment
- monitoring the availability and use of spare parts, timely generating requests for their replenishment
- responsibility for discipline, safety compliance, and the team's readiness to carry out tasks
- maintaining relevant documentation
- cooperating with the team
Requirements:
- age from 25 (exceptions possible)
- vocational secondary education, technical education will be an advantage
- NCO rank
- knowledge of the operating principles of the main systems of heavy equipment will be a significant advantage
- skills in orienteering in unfamiliar terrain will be an advantage
- military service experience will be an advantage
- fitness for service by state of health and moral qualities
- readiness to work in the combat zone
- ability to work in a team
- desire to join the ranks of the legendary Separate Presidential Brigade and the 23rd Separate Battalion
Conditions:
- mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
- quality basic military training, possibly abroad
- quality specialized training, possibly abroad
- ongoing internal specialized training and skills advancement
- stable monetary allowance from 21,000 to 121,000 hryvnias + additional monetary payments and rewards
- free medical care for servicemen and their families, sanatorium and resort treatment
- full provision — meals, ammunition, and equipment
