Senior Combat Medic (Company/Battery)
Overview
The 210th Separate Assault Regiment is a unit established in August 2024 on the basis of the 210th Separate Special Battalion "BERLINGO," whose combat path began in March 2022. The unit's core was made up of volunteers who joined the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the first days of the full-scale invasion. The battalion's fighters countered an enemy landing on the shore of the Kyiv reservoir, took part in liberating a number of settlements in Kyiv region, and carried out combat missions in the Sumy, Poltava, Kharkiv, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions. Its service members now continue to successfully carry out their assigned missions. Over this time, the battalion's fighters have received about 300 state awards and more than a thousand distinctions from defense agencies. This has been made possible by strong values, high motivation, quality training of fighters, and careful selection of candidates. This vacancy is for service in the 1st Assault Battalion of the 210th Separate Assault Regiment.
Responsibilities:
- organizing medical support for the unit (company/battery), monitoring the stocking of first aid kits and backpacks of platoon combat medics
- monitoring the unit's personnel health, conducting preventive measures, providing medical care to personnel as needed
- conducting initial medical examination of servicemen and escorting them to the medical post/medical company/hospital
- participating in the evacuation of the sick and wounded to medical facilities and between evacuation stages
- maintaining medical documentation and reporting
- organizing and conducting regular tactical medicine training for personnel
- evacuation, escort of the sick and/or wounded to the hospital
Requirements:
- age from 20
- fitness for military service by state of health, good physical condition, and psychological state
- readiness to perform military service in the combat zone
- knowledge of TCCC protocols and possession of CMC-level course certificates
- military service experience and providing medical aid will be a plus
- ability to work in a team and perform tasks in a high-performance environment
- responsibility, discipline, and composure
- ability and readiness to be a team player
- stress resilience and ability to make decisions in difficult conditions
- motivation, desire to learn and improve professional skills
Conditions:
- contract service or mobilization until the end of martial law
- possibility of transferring current servicemen with the direct commander's consent
- service at the rank of sergeant
- service in the city of Kyiv and at the assigned mission location
