UAV Operator
Overview
The 63rd Separate Mechanized Brigade has taken part in combat operations at the front since the first days of the war. The 105th Mechanized Battalion was formed in the Zakarpattia region and joined the brigade during the full-scale russian invasion. Having gone through hellish battles in the Mykolaiv and Kherson regions, the soldiers of the 105th Battalion defended Bakhmut, and since March 2023 have successfully been holding back the enemy in the Serebrianske forest. Thousands of destroyed occupiers and hundreds of units of burned equipment are the result of the daily selfless work of the soldiers of the Zakarpattia battalion. Join your own!
Responsibilities:
- performing functions depending on UAV piloting specialization within military operations and tasks
- carrying out reconnaissance, surveillance, and other types of missions using UAVs
- collecting, analyzing, and transmitting relevant information obtained from UAVs to the command staff
- ensuring the safety and proper operation of the UAV during flights
- performing other tasks related to UAV piloting, in accordance with command requirements
- adjusting artillery fire on enemy positions and equipment
- providing escort for groups from other units while carrying out their tasks
- destroying the enemy using strike drones and FPVs
Requirements:
- age from 18
- basic level of technology understanding and interest in drone operating principles
- ability to work with mobile applications and electronic devices
- ability to work with various systems and software
- experience piloting UAVs will be an advantage, but is not mandatory
- physical and psychological readiness for military service
- ability to work in conditions of military operations and stressful situations
- sociability and ability to work collectively
- desire to acquire new knowledge and skills in UAV piloting
- readiness to work in the combat zone
- no critical health problems and a good level of physical fitness
- a high level of self-discipline
Conditions:
- mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
- service in the combat operations zone
- monetary allowance: base rate of 25,000 hryvnias + additional payments from 30,000 to 100,000 hryvnias for performing tasks in the combat zone, depending on the duration and area of task performance
- annual additional wellness payment equal to one month's monetary allowance
- annual main leave and additional leave of 10 days or more for family circumstances
- provision of uniforms and personal protective equipment, full meals
- free medical care
