Overview

The 23rd Separate Mechanized Brigade is a mechanized forces formation within the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The brigade was formed in January 2023 and now takes an active part in combat and in containing the armed aggression of the russian federation in one of the hottest sectors. The units are equipped with the latest models of weapons and military equipment, allowing them to effectively carry out combat missions under modern conditions. The brigade's personnel undergo intensive training, including training to NATO standards. Thanks to its structure and equipment, the unit is able to quickly respond to changes in the operational-tactical situation and carry out a variety of missions.

Responsibilities:

• carrying out commanders' orders and tasks, including combat tasks, as part of the unit
• compliance with the requirements of the Armed Forces of Ukraine regulations
• keeping weapons, equipment, and ammunition combat-ready
• compliance with military discipline
• participating in training and exercises on the operation of combat equipment
• compliance with safety requirements when working with equipment

Requirements:

• age from 18
• a state of health that allows performing tasks in the active combat zone
• prohibition on the use of alcohol and narcotic substances
• physical endurance and readiness for active physical work
• having combat experience will be an advantage
• ability to work in stressful situations

Conditions:

• direct mobilization into the military unit without involvement of the TCC or contract service
• possibility of transferring current servicemen
• training before taking up the position (basic combined-arms training if you have no experience)
• provision of uniforms, personal protective equipment, and meals
• monetary allowance from 20,800 to 190,000 hryvnias based on task performance and the execution of combat orders.
