Overview
The 23rd Separate Mechanized Brigade is a mechanized forces formation within the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The brigade was formed in January 2023 and now takes an active part in combat and in containing the armed aggression of the russian federation in one of the hottest sectors. The units are equipped with the latest models of weapons and military equipment, allowing them to effectively carry out combat missions under modern conditions. The brigade's personnel undergo intensive training, including training to NATO standards. Thanks to its structure and equipment, the unit is able to quickly respond to changes in the operational-tactical situation and carry out a variety of missions.
Responsibilities:
- organizing and maintaining office records
- preparing documents for approval and signature by management
- maintaining and accounting for logs
- timely preparation of service documents
- ensuring the timely and accurate execution of management's instructions
- checking and archiving documents for further storage
- maintaining the electronic database and archiving documents
- coordinating with other units to obtain necessary information
- monitoring the timely updating and storage of documentation
Requirements:
- higher education
- documentation skills
- literacy and a high level of proficiency in the Ukrainian language
- ability to work with office equipment and programs
- fluent proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, Google Docs
- knowledge and understanding of recordkeeping principles
- experience in records management will be an advantage
- military service experience will be an advantage
- ability to work in a team
- responsibility and discipline
Conditions:
- mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
- possibility of transferring current servicemen with the direct commander's consent
- possibility of service for candidates who, per the Military Medical Commission's findings, are fit for service in support units, TCC and SP, military educational institutions, training centers, etc.
- monetary allowance in accordance with current legislation
- provision of uniforms and personal protective equipment, full meals
