Deputy Combat Vehicle Commander
Overview
The 118th Mechanized Brigade is a mechanized forces formation within the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The brigade takes an active part in combat operations in southern Ukraine.
Responsibilities:
- supporting the commander in leading the crew and coordinating actions in his absence
- using navigation systems to precisely determine location and direct the combat vehicle onto the target
- carrying out specialized tasks, including gathering and analyzing information, and providing communications
- managing the work of subordinate crew members, resolving conflict situations, and making decisions in combat conditions
Requirements:
- age from 18
- fitness for military service by state of health and moral-psychological qualities
- education: secondary, vocational secondary/higher
- sergeant rank (in accordance with current legislation and the standards of the Armed Forces of Ukraine)
- experience using combat vehicles and navigation systems
Conditions:
- mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
- monetary allowance from 50,000 to 120,000 hryvnias depending on the performance of combat tasks and orders
- provision of uniforms and personal protective equipment, full meals
- guidance during the Military Medical Commission stage at the Regional TCC, ensuring enlistment specifically in the relevant unit
- social protection and guaranteed insurance
- leave in accordance with current legislation
- training both in Ukraine and abroad
