Overview

The 118th Mechanized Brigade is a mechanized forces formation within the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The brigade takes an active part in combat operations in southern Ukraine.

Responsibilities:

• controlling strike or reconnaissance UAVs using specialized equipment and software
• using photogrammetry methods to obtain information about the placement of objects
• conducting visual observation, gathering important information, and transmitting it to the command center
• storing and processing obtained information

Requirements:

• age from 18
• fitness for military service by state of health and moral-psychological qualities
• higher education will be an advantage
• combat experience or experience serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine will be an advantage

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• monetary allowance from 50,000 to 120,000 hryvnias depending on the performance of combat tasks and orders
• provision of uniforms and personal protective equipment, full meals
• guidance during the Military Medical Commission stage at the Regional TCC, ensuring enlistment specifically in the relevant unit
• social protection and guaranteed insurance
• leave in accordance with current legislation
• training both in Ukraine and abroad
