Master Technician, Strike UAS Section

Overview

The 118th Mechanized Brigade is a mechanized forces formation within the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The brigade takes an active part in combat operations in southern Ukraine.

Responsibilities:

• repair and maintenance of UAVs
• arming and connecting munitions to drones and navigation systems
• monitoring the condition of equipment and taking timely necessary measures to prevent breakdowns
• hardware and software modernization of UAVs

Requirements:

• age from 18
• fitness for military service by state of health and moral-psychological qualities
• experience repairing electrical equipment
• experience piloting quadcopters, or well-developed skills controlling fast-moving objects in video games
• experience working with UAVs will be an advantage

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• monetary allowance from 50,000 to 120,000 hryvnias depending on the performance of combat tasks and orders
• provision of uniforms and personal protective equipment, full meals
• guidance during the Military Medical Commission stage at the Regional TCC, ensuring enlistment specifically in the relevant unit
• social protection and guaranteed insurance
• leave in accordance with current legislation
• training both in Ukraine and abroad
