Overview

The 43rd Separate Mechanized Brigade's motorized infantry battalion is a formation within the 43rd Separate Mechanized Brigade, established in 2023. It carries out combat tasks in the Kharkiv region. The unit is looking for conscientious, motivated, and determined citizens who are ready to actively learn, develop, and fight together to liberate our country from the russian invaders. Responsibilities:

• ensuring the combat readiness of the company, training personnel, education, maintaining military discipline, and sustaining the morale and psychological state of subordinates
• responsibility for the proper condition, preservation, and readiness of the company's weapons, ammunition, equipment, and other property
• ensuring the successful completion of combat missions by the company unit
• ensuring the combat readiness of weapons, equipment, and ammunition
• monitoring personnel readiness to carry out assigned tasks
• developing tactical plans and strategies to achieve goals
• ensuring compliance with military discipline and the execution of combat orders
• planning and organizing combat actions, managing operations
• maintaining official documentation in accordance with current regulations and legal acts

Requirements:

• possession of an officer's rank
• fitness for military service by state of health and moral qualities
• motivation to fight the enemy
• developed leadership and communication skills
• combat experience will be an advantage

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• possibility of transferring current servicemen
• support during the Military Medical Commission (VLK) in Kharkiv and Dnipropetrovsk Oblasts
• monetary allowance from 26,000 to 126,000 hryvnias depending on tasks and place of service
