Deputy Company Commander

Overview

The 43rd Separate Mechanized Brigade's motorized infantry battalion is a formation within the 43rd Separate Mechanized Brigade, established in 2023. It carries out combat tasks in the Kharkiv region. The unit is looking for conscientious, motivated, and determined citizens who are ready to actively learn, develop, and fight together to liberate our country from the russian invaders. Responsibilities:

• carrying out the company commander's decisions
• commanding individual subunits or elements of the company
• providing the company with materiel and technical resources (fuel, ammunition, food, medical equipment)
• maintaining administrative and business documentation, resolving routine military service matters
• maintaining communication with higher command and submitting reports on the company's readiness and effectiveness
• preparing for combat operations and participating in them as needed
• analyzing the moral and psychological state of servicemen and assisting platoon commanders in improving it
• educational work with personnel
• measures to strengthen military discipline and law and order

Requirements:

• possession of an officer's rank
• fitness for military service by state of health and moral qualities
• motivation to fight the enemy
• developed leadership and communication skills
• combat experience will be an advantage

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• possibility of transferring current servicemen
• support during the Military Medical Commission (VLK) in Kharkiv and Dnipropetrovsk Oblasts
• monetary allowance from 26,000 to 126,000 hryvnias depending on tasks and place of service
