Deputy Mortar Battery Commander

Overview

The 53rd Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Prince Volodymyr Monomakh is a military unit of the mechanized forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Responsibilities:

• keeping the battery's personnel, weapons, and equipment in constant combat readiness
• conducting combat training classes with the battery's personnel and supervising the training of enlisted personnel conducted by squad leaders (gun commanders), keeping records of the platoon's combat training
• knowledge of the battery's tactics of action in various types of combat and battery command during combat missions
• thorough knowledge and command of all types of the battery's weapons and equipment, proper storage, operation, maintenance, and personal verification of their combat readiness
• continuous improvement of one's professional and methodological skills, setting an exemplary example for subordinates in performing military duty

Requirements:

• age from 22
• an NCO position
• readiness to work in the zone of active combat operations
• fitness for military service by state of health and moral-psychological qualities
• higher education
• willingness to constantly learn and develop
• the position requires MOS 030400/030600

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• monetary allowance from 50,000 to 120,000 hryvnias depending on place of service
