EW Squad Leader
Overview
The Separate Presidential Brigade named after Hetman Bohdan Khmelnytskyi is a military unit within the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The unit has defended Kyiv since the first days and steadfastly holds the defense in the most critical sectors in the east of the country. The brigade's servicemen are not only full of faith and confidence in victory, but also work continuously, side by side, to achieve it. The vacancy involves service as part of the 4th Mechanized Battalion. The unit's fighters have repeatedly shown incredible resilience, an iron will, high effectiveness, and coordination in the most difficult sectors. The battalion's motto is "It doesn't matter who's across from you, what matters is who's beside you!" — because here, people are valued. If you have someone to defend, if you have something to protect — the unit will teach you how!
Responsibilities:
- disrupting the enemy's troop command and control
- reducing the effectiveness of enemy electronic reconnaissance and, accordingly, its use of weapons and combat equipment
- ensuring the resilience of one's own command and control systems and equipment
- planning and efficient work
- responsible operation of equipment
- collecting and analyzing obtained information
- cooperating with other units, adjacent units
Requirements:
- age from 23
- vocational secondary technical/higher technical education, radio engineering education will be a substantial advantage
- experience adjusting radio-electronic equipment or practical experience in a related field will be a significant advantage
- experience in administration and/or programming will be an advantage
- fitness for service by state of health and moral qualities
- motivation, desire to learn and improve skills
- ability to work in a team
- desire to join the ranks of the legendary Separate Presidential Brigade
Conditions:
- mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
- quality basic military training, possibly abroad
- quality specialized training, possibly abroad
- ongoing internal specialized training and skills advancement
- the prospect of career growth
- stable monetary allowance from 21,000 to 121,000 hryvnias depending on the tasks performed and their location
- additional monetary payments and rewards in accordance with the servicemen's social protection program or for destroyed invader equipment
- free medical care for servicemen, sanatorium and resort treatment
- full provision of meals, ammunition, and equipment
- motivated team, support from fellow soldiers, and reasonable leadership
