Psychological Support Group Officer

Overview

The 43rd Separate Mechanized Brigade is a formation within the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The brigade was formed in 2023. The unit's servicemen are currently holding the Kupiansk sector.

Responsibilities:

• conducting psychological assessment of recruits and current servicemen to determine their psycho-emotional state
• providing psychological support to service members
• ensuring psychological support during the execution of combat missions and training
• providing psychological support for servicemen
• studying and analyzing the moral and psychological qualities of personnel, assisting in improving them
• strengthening military discipline
• maintaining accounting, documentation, and reports on the psycho-emotional health of personnel and work performed

Requirements:

• an officer's position
• higher education in "Psychology" or "Sociology"
• good physical fitness and moral resilience
• responsibility and discipline
• fitness for service by state of health
• no criminal record
• military service experience will be an advantage

• monetary allowance from 22,000 to 122,000 hryvnias depending on task performance and place of service
