Deputy Tank Company Commander for Armament
Overview
The 53rd Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Prince Volodymyr Monomakh is a military unit of the mechanized forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Responsibilities:
- maintaining the combat and mobilization readiness of company personnel
- organizing combat training for company personnel
- responsibility for the technical aspect of weapons, combat, and other equipment, their operation and repair, and the technical training of all company personnel
- participating in developing the weekly class schedule
- organizing the technically correct operation of the company's weapons, combat, and other equipment, taking measures to keep them in good working order
- knowledge of the business qualities and morale/psychological state of the company's driver-mechanics (drivers) of combat and other vehicles, working to improve their professional level
- conducting classes with the company's personnel on technical training, the basics and rules of vehicle driving, and ensuring proper training of technical specialists
- checking the condition of vehicles leaving the motor pool, allowing only technically sound vehicles to operate with a note to that effect in the trip sheet
- monitoring the economical use of fuel, lubricants and special fluids, spare parts, and other technical property
- timely submission of requests for necessary technical property, organizing its proper operation
- carrying out fire safety measures in the territory assigned to the company, in park facilities and on the company's vehicles, ensuring proper order
- maintaining accounting and reporting
Requirements:
- age from 21
- readiness to work directly in the zone of active combat operations
- possession of an officer's rank
- high level of military discipline and responsibility
- ability to quickly make decisions in stressful situations
- ability to work with computer and radio equipment
- military service experience preferred
- good physical fitness
Conditions:
- mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
- monetary allowance from 50,000 to 120,000 hryvnias depending on place of service
