Platoon Sergeant Major

Overview

The 424th Separate Rifle Battalion is part of the 42nd Separate Mechanized Brigade. The unit is looking for conscientious, motivated citizens who are ready to learn, grow, and work together to liberate Ukraine's territories from the Russian occupiers.

Responsibilities:

• organizing and monitoring the platoon's preparation for missions
• ensuring interaction between units
• compliance with military discipline and internal order
• ensuring a high level of combat readiness for the unit
• developing and maintaining team spirit

Requirements:

• military training preferred
• readiness to work in the zone of active combat operations
• fitness for military service by state of health and moral-psychological qualities

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• possibility of transferring current servicemen with the direct commander's consent
• training both in Ukraine and abroad
• provision of uniforms and personal protective equipment, full meals
• the prospect of career growth, development of leadership skills
• guaranteed annual main leave of 30 days
• monetary allowance from 20,000 to 190,000 hryvnias depending on the assigned task and place of service
• free treatment and financial compensation for injuries sustained in combat
• social protection and guaranteed life insurance of 15 million hryvnias
