CIMIC Department Officer
Overview
The 125th Separate Territorial Defense Brigade is a formation within the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The brigade carries out tasks both at its permanent duty station and combat missions in various sectors of eastern and southern Ukraine.
Responsibilities:
- organizing and maintaining interaction with civilian stakeholders (government bodies, volunteer organizations, international NGOs, etc.)
- working with family members of the fallen (deceased), missing, and captured servicemen, and with support (patronage) services
- caring for servicemen's families and keeping them informed, accompanying the wounded in healthcare facilities, and coordinating and liaising with the families of prisoners of war, missing persons, and the deceased (fallen)
Requirements:
- higher education
- officer's rank
- specialized education (organization of moral-psychological support of troops, social work) and certificates of completion of psychological courses/trainings will be an advantage
- fitness for military service by state of health and moral-psychological qualities
- willingness to constantly learn and improve knowledge and skills
- having combat experience will be an advantage
Conditions:
- mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
- monetary allowance from 23,000 to 123,000 hryvnias depending on the assigned task and place of service
- training before taking up the position
- provision of uniforms and personal protective equipment, full meals
- the prospect of career growth, development of leadership skills
- guaranteed annual main leave + additional 10-day leave for family circumstances
