Driver-Mechanic
Overview
The 53rd Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Prince Volodymyr Monomakh is a military unit of the mechanized forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Responsibilities:
- operating vehicles
- repair (maintenance) of wheeled and tracked vehicles
- monitoring technical condition, timely repair, and maintenance of the vehicle
- continuous maintenance of the vehicle in combat readiness
- carrying out combat missions as part of the unit
Requirements:
- possession of a category B, C driver's license
- ability to operate and maintain tracked vehicles
- age from 25
- knowledge of traffic rules and the ability to follow them
- prior military service or willingness to undergo military service
- responsible attitude toward completing assigned tasks
- fitness for military service by state of health and moral-psychological qualities
- willingness to constantly learn and develop
Conditions:
- mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
- monetary allowance from 20,000 to 120,000 hryvnias depending on place of service
- possibility of transferring current servicemen with the direct commander's consent
- social benefits in accordance with current legislation: annual leave — 30 calendar days, leave for family circumstances — up to 10 calendar days per year, medical care
- social and legal protection guarantees for servicemen and their family members
- provision of all necessary supplies and equipment, full meals
- annual monetary wellness assistance
- annual assistance for resolving social and household issues
- Combat Veteran status
