Sapper/Radio-Controlled Mine Specialist

Overview

The 53rd Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Prince Volodymyr Monomakh is a military unit of the mechanized forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Responsibilities:

• carrying out combat missions on the line of contact with the enemy
• providing engineering and sapper support for defensive or offensive military operations
• carrying out combat missions as part of the unit
• cooperating with other units and carrying out orders from higher command

Requirements:

• age from 20
• readiness to work in the zone of active combat operations
• fitness for military service by state of health and moral-psychological qualities
• education: secondary, vocational secondary/higher
• willingness to constantly learn and develop
• a sapper training certificate

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• monetary allowance from 20,000 to 120,000 hryvnias depending on place of service
• social benefits in accordance with current legislation: annual leave — 30 calendar days, leave for family circumstances — up to 10 calendar days per year, medical care
• social and legal protection guarantees for servicemen and their family members
• provision of all necessary supplies and equipment, full meals
• annual monetary wellness assistance
• annual assistance for resolving social and household issues
