Gunner-Operator, Combat Vehicle
Overview
The 53rd Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Prince Volodymyr Monomakh is a military unit of the mechanized forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Responsibilities:
- inspecting, preparing, and loading ammunition
- maintaining the working condition of weapons and their servicing
- carrying out the unit's combat missions
- using navigation systems to precisely determine location and direct the combat vehicle onto the target
- mastering and acquiring skills in operating a combat vehicle during movement and combat
- cooperating with other crew and team members to achieve common goals and tasks
Requirements:
- fitness for military service by state of health and moral-psychological qualities
- ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
- knowledge of the relevant weapons and the ability to operate them
- readiness to work in the zone of active combat operations
- motivation to destroy the enemy
- experience as a BMP-1, BMP-2, BRDM-2 gunner-operator will be an advantage
- age from 18
- complete abstinence from alcoholic beverages and drugs during service
- willingness to constantly learn and develop
Conditions:
- mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
- monetary allowance from 20,000 to 120,000 hryvnias depending on place of service
- social benefits in accordance with current legislation: annual leave — 30 calendar days, leave for family circumstances — up to 10 calendar days per year, medical care

- provision of all necessary supplies and equipment, full meals
