Overview

The "Reaper" Unmanned Systems Battalion of the 28th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after the Knights of the Winter Campaign was formed in early 2023 from the best specialists and is one of the most effective in the sector. The unit is growing, so candidates have the opportunity to take their future into their own hands, join the battalion, and openly take pride in their contribution to destroying the enemy while doing the job they've chosen for good pay.

Responsibilities:

• UAV repair: reflashing, calibration, soldering
• preparing airframes: flashing, replacing components, improving them with in-house designs and custom components
• coordinating with the crew: post-flight analysis of aircraft effectiveness, discussing pilots' feedback on operational nuances, and making improvements based on this data

Requirements:

• desire to serve in the military and be part of a military team
• fitness for military service by state of health and moral-psychological qualities
• ability to work with computers, applications, and electronic devices
• motivation, desire to learn and improve skills
• ability to work in conditions of military operations and stressful situations
• sociability and ability to work collectively
• ability to work with special devices and software
• readiness to perform tasks in the area where combat operations are conducted

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• possible performance of duties in the combat operations zone
• guaranteed monthly monetary allowance from 20,000 to 120,000 hryvnias depending on the complexity and location of tasks
• guaranteed annual wellness payment equal to one month's monetary allowance
