Deputy Company Commander

Overview

The 42nd Separate Mechanized Brigade is a formation within the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The brigade was formed in 2023. Since the summer of 2023, the unit's soldiers have successfully carried out combat missions in eastern Ukraine in the area of the Serebrianskyi forest and in the Bakhmut sector. Since May 2024, the brigade has been defending Kharkiv region.

Responsibilities:

• quality work with personnel
• ensuring the execution of the company commander's decisions
• responsibility for the unit's combat readiness and combat training
• maintaining military discipline and the proper moral and psychological state of personnel
• monitoring the proper storage and rational use of weapons, equipment, and material resources
• reporting to senior commanders on the state of affairs in one's own unit

Requirements:

• age from 21
• fitness for military service
• officer's rank
• readiness to work directly in the zone of active combat operations
• high level of responsibility and leadership qualities

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service for a term of 3-5 years
• monetary allowance from 27,000 to 200,000 hryvnias depending on rank, position, and the specifics of combat task performance
• support during the Military Medical Commission stage at the Regional TCC, ensuring enlistment specifically in the relevant unit
• respect and understanding of personal needs and requests, as well as comfortable working relationships within the team
• a full social package
