Anti-Drone Rifle Operator
Overview
The 109th Separate Mountain Assault Battalion of the 10th Separate Mountain Assault Brigade "Edelweiss" is constantly working to raise the qualifications and professional level of its service members and is introducing modern technologies. The unit has gained invaluable combat experience, taking an active part in difficult operations in eastern Ukraine. Its service members have shown a high level of professionalism, courage, and dedication that has enabled them to successfully carry out their assigned missions. Over the years of service, the battalion's fighters have received numerous state awards and distinctions for the courage and heroism they displayed in carrying out combat missions. They have repeatedly been recognized at the state level for their contribution to defending the country.
Responsibilities:
- using an anti-drone rifle
- preventing the occupiers from detecting the forward positions of Ukrainian troops
- conducting close reconnaissance
- adjusting artillery fire
Requirements:
- fitness for service by state of health and moral qualities
- good eyesight
- experience working with MANPADS (during conscript service, during the ATO, or currently) will be an advantage
- readiness to work in the zone of active combat operations
- age from 18
- radio engineering education and work experience in the specialty will be an advantage
- understanding of the principles of building ELINT/EW systems will be an advantage
- zero tolerance for alcohol consumption
Conditions:
- mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
- monetary allowance from 23,000 to 120,000 hryvnias based on task performance and combat orders
- service in the combat zone
- full gear and food provision
- timely processing of the Combat Veteran certificate
- leave in accordance with current legislation
- direct assignment to the military unit, without involvement of the TCC and JP
