Combat Vehicle Commander
Overview
The 53rd Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Prince Volodymyr Monomakh is a military unit of the mechanized forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Responsibilities:
- carrying out combat missions as part of the unit, including in the combat zone
- monitoring the technical condition and timely maintenance of the vehicle
- destroying enemy personnel and firepower assets
- operating the combat vehicle and ensuring its effective performance in combat conditions
- making decisions based on tactical circumstances and the situation on the battlefield
- participating in training and exercises to improve the military unit's readiness level
- ensuring safety and discipline of the military section
Requirements:
- age from 18
- desire to learn and grow
- attentiveness and quick reaction to changing circumstances
- leadership qualities and determination will be an advantage
- ability to make quick, well-founded decisions under high pressure
- high physical and moral resilience
- fitness for military service
- knowledge of the basics of military equipment and combat tactics (not mandatory, necessary training is provided)
- readiness to perform tasks under conditions of military operations and coordinate subordinates' actions
Conditions:
- mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
- monetary allowance from 20,000 to 120,000 hryvnias depending on place of service
- social benefits in accordance with current legislation: annual leave — 30 calendar days, leave for family circumstances — up to 10 calendar days per year, medical care
- social and legal protection guarantees for servicemen and their family members
- provision of all necessary supplies and equipment, full meals
- annual monetary wellness assistance
- annual assistance for resolving social and household issues
