Sapper

Overview

The 100th Separate Mechanized Brigade is part of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The unit began its combat path as the territorial defense brigade of Volyn region. The brigade was formed predominantly of volunteers and has been battle-hardened in the hottest sectors of the front.

Responsibilities:

• locating and neutralizing explosive devices
• preparing engineering structures
• maintaining engineering equipment
• analyzing the engineering situation

Requirements:

• knowledge of the mine and explosive ordnance field, or desire and readiness to master the sapper trade
• good physical shape
• military service experience will be an advantage

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• possibility of transferring current servicemen with the direct commander's consent
• mandatory basic combined-arms training at a training unit
• monetary allowance in accordance with current legislation
