Head of Training Group

Overview

The vacancy involves service in the newly formed Unmanned Systems Battalion of the 162nd Separate Mechanized Brigade of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Responsibilities:

• organizing personnel training: developing service member training plans, coordinating drills, training, and practical exercises, conducting briefings and theoretical classes
• monitoring the implementation of training plans: ensuring compliance with training standards, evaluating training effectiveness, reporting on activities conducted and personnel performance
• methodological work: developing training and methodological materials, implementing modern training methods and tools, analyzing best training practices and applying them
• maintaining the material and technical base: ensuring the availability of necessary equipment and materials for training, and monitoring the serviceability and readiness of the training facilities
• cooperating with other units: coordinating training plans with command and other services, preparing for participation in joint exercises and military operations
• assessing personnel's professional level: conducting tests and control measures to determine service members' training level
• identifying training issues and developing measures to address them
• responsibility for the effectiveness of the training process and subordinates' readiness to carry out combat missions

Requirements:

• officer's rank
• experience in personnel training and development
• confident computer proficiency
• motivation to implement advanced training practices
• experience with implementing LMS platforms will be an advantage
• proficiency in English will be an advantage
• experience working with UAVs will be an advantage

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• possibility of transferring current servicemen with the direct commander's consent
• possibility of service for candidates who, per the Military Medical Commission's findings, are fit for service in support units, TCC and SP, military educational institutions, training centers, etc.
• monetary allowance from 26,000 to 126,000 hryvnias depending on the assigned task and place of service
