Head of Logistics Group

Overview

The vacancy involves service in the newly formed Unmanned Systems Battalion of the 162nd Separate Mechanized Brigade of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Responsibilities:

• organizing logistical support: planning and coordinating the supply of material and technical assets, equipment, and spare parts, ensuring accounting, distribution, and preservation of material resources, optimizing logistics processes to improve efficiency
• monitoring and maintaining materiel and technical infrastructure: ensuring the availability and serviceability of equipment for maintaining unmanned systems, keeping a stock of components for prompt equipment repair, monitoring the use and disposal of consumables
• cooperating with other units: coordinating logistics measures with command and other services, supporting supply plans for participation in joint exercises and military operations
• managing the logistics group's personnel: distributing responsibilities among subordinates, monitoring their execution, evaluating work effectiveness, training personnel, and ensuring occupational safety during logistics operations

Requirements:

• officer's rank
• experience in logistics and materiel and technical support management
• confident computer proficiency and knowledge of logistics management software
• knowledge of procedures and standards for logistics support in the Armed Forces of Ukraine
• experience working with unmanned systems or in aviation-related units will be an advantage

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• possibility of transferring current servicemen with the direct commander's consent
• monetary allowance from 26,000 to 126,000 hryvnias depending on the assigned task and place of service
