Psychological Support Group Officer
Overview
The 65th Separate Mechanized Brigade, part of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, became famous for liberating and holding the village of Robotyne, leading to further de-occupation in the south during the summer 2023 counteroffensive. The unit has been defending Ukrainian land from the occupiers since June 2022.
Responsibilities:
- monitoring servicemen's psychological state, identifying servicemen in psychoemotional crisis states
- providing psychological aid
- conducting psychoeducational and training sessions
- psychological support for personnel
- conducting measures to restore the psychological readiness and resilience of servicemen
- providing primary psychological aid in cases of combat stress or combat psychological trauma among unit service members
- analyzing the psychological state of personnel, identifying problems, and developing recommendations to improve the psychological climate in units
- maintaining reporting on completed work
Requirements:
- fitness for service by state of health
- higher education in "Psychology"
- communication skills and ability to work in a team, adapting to changing conditions
- stress resilience
- no criminal record
- military service experience will be an advantage
- readiness to carry out assigned tasks in the combat operations zone
Conditions:
- mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
- monetary allowance of 26,500 hryvnias + additional reward from 30,000 to 100,000 hryvnias while performing tasks
