Platoon Commander

Overview

The 4th Assault Battalion of the 92nd Separate Assault Brigade named after Kish Otaman Ivan Sirko was founded on May 8, 2022. During the Kharkiv counteroffensive, the battalion's soldiers successfully drove the enemy out of the region, and later continued to fight it in the Luhansk and Donetsk sectors, including in Bakhmut. The unit currently holds positions in northern Kharkiv region and is preparing for new victories.

Responsibilities:

• carrying out combat missions as part of the unit, including in the combat zone
• commanding subordinate personnel
• preparing platoon personnel, equipment, and weapons for combat mission execution
• compliance with military discipline and execution of orders
• coordinating with commanders of other platoons and the company commander
• excellent command of the platoon's primary weapon system
• responsibility for the squad's successful completion of combat missions
• undergoing professional training and advanced qualification

Requirements:

• age from 21
• military rank sergeant and officer
• knowledge of the tactics and methods of employing a squad in various types of combat
• fitness for military service in an assault unit
• readiness to carry out combat missions in the combat operations zone
• personnel management skills
• no alcohol or drug dependency

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• monetary allowance from 20,000 to 190,000 hryvnias depending on the assigned task and place of service
• possibility of transferring current servicemen with the direct commander's consent
• service based on respect and professionalism, careful treatment of personnel, and continuous training within the unit
• financial compensation in the event of injury during combat
• provision of uniforms, equipment, and all benefits provided by the legislation of Ukraine
• guaranteed annual main leave + for family circumstances
