Overview

The 4th Assault Battalion of the 92nd Separate Assault Brigade named after Kish Otaman Ivan Sirko was founded on May 8, 2022. During the Kharkiv counteroffensive, the battalion's soldiers successfully drove the enemy out of the region, and later continued to fight it in the Luhansk and Donetsk sectors, including in Bakhmut. The unit currently holds positions in northern Kharkiv region and is preparing for new victories.

Responsibilities:

• carrying out commanders' orders and tasks (including combat tasks) as part of the unit
• systematically inspecting the condition of weapons, sighting devices, and loading and aiming mechanisms, performing their maintenance, immediately fixing identified faults, and reporting them to the squad leader
• inspecting, preparing ammunition for firing, and loading it
• maintaining and improving the squad's training equipment base
• keeping assigned weapons and ammunition combat-ready
• compliance with military discipline

Requirements:

• age from 21
• a state of health that allows performing tasks in the active combat zone
• ability to make decisions in stressful situations
• fitness for service by state of health and moral qualities
• physical endurance and readiness for active physical work
• ability to work as part of a team and carry out combat orders from command
• no alcohol or drug dependency

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• monetary allowance from 20,000 to 190,000 hryvnias depending on the assigned task and place of service
• possibility of transferring current servicemen with the direct commander's consent
• financial compensation in the event of injury during combat
• guaranteed annual main leave + for family circumstances
