Overview

The 44th Separate Mechanized Brigade is a mechanized formation of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The brigade's soldiers have been carrying out combat missions since June 2023 in the hottest sectors of the Kharkiv direction. The brigade was the first among units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to receive the newest equipment and European weaponry.

Responsibilities:

• engaging in combat with personal small arms to defeat enemy personnel and equipment
• maintaining the combat readiness of weapons, their maintenance, and storage
• carrying out tasks of patrolling, guarding, and protecting important objects and positions
• participating in tactical operations, providing cover and support during combat operations
• constructing defensive structures and fortifications
• coordinating with other units to align actions during the performance of combat missions

Requirements:

• age from 18
• secondary, vocational secondary, or higher education
• willingness to constantly learn and develop
• responsibility and discipline
• no criminal record
• military service experience will be an advantage

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• possibility of transferring current servicemen with the direct commander's consent
• service in Kyiv and Kharkiv Oblasts
• monetary allowance from 50,000 to 190,000 hryvnias depending on the assigned task and place of service
