Tank Driver

Overview

The 53rd Separate Mechanized Brigade named after Prince Volodymyr Monomakh is a military unit of the mechanized forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Responsibilities:

• maintaining and repairing combat equipment
• diagnosing the technical condition of vehicles
• participating in training and exercises on the operation of combat equipment
• compliance with safety requirements when working with equipment and military discipline requirements

Requirements:

• age from 18
• secondary or vocational secondary education
• professional training
• understanding of the structural principles and functioning of tanks, knowledge of the specifics of their operation
• possession of a category C driver's license
• quick reaction, strong physical and mental health, endurance
• good physical fitness and no medical contraindications for service

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• monetary allowance from 20,000 to 120,000 hryvnias depending on place of service
• social benefits in accordance with current legislation: annual leave — 30 calendar days, leave for family circumstances — up to 10 calendar days per year, medical care
• social and legal protection guarantees for servicemen and their family members
• provision of all necessary supplies and equipment, full meals
• annual monetary wellness assistance
• annual assistance for resolving social and household issues
