Overview

The 44th Separate Mechanized Brigade is a mechanized formation of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The brigade's soldiers have been carrying out combat missions since June 2023 in the hottest sectors of the Kharkiv direction. The brigade was the first among units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to receive the newest equipment and European weaponry.

Responsibilities:

• aiming artillery or tank weapons at the target using optical and electronic sights
• participating in preparing the gun/weapon for firing, checking the technical condition and serviceability of sighting devices
• adjusting fire depending on distance to the target, weather conditions, and other factors
• compliance with safety measures during firing and when working with ammunition
• coordinating with the crew or team commander to direct fire at designated targets
• participating in keeping the gun/weapon in proper technical condition and maintaining records of ammunition expenditure

Requirements:

• age from 18
• secondary, vocational secondary, or higher education
• readiness for continuous learning and development
• responsibility and discipline
• no criminal record
• military service experience will be an advantage

Conditions:

• mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
• possibility of transferring current servicemen with the direct commander's consent
• service in Kyiv and Kharkiv Oblasts
• monetary allowance from 50,000 to 190,000 hryvnias depending on tasks and place of service
